a few words about me
Hi Everyone,
I’m Mine! I moved to this country in 2019, just a year before the pandemic – and, like for so many of us, it really whipped up some big changes in my life. But for me, it ended up being a sweet transformation!
I’ve spent years studying communication and marketing, and worked in marketing for over 10 years. But my true passion has always been baking – it’s been a part of me since childhood! Though I graduated in Communication, I spent a lot of time working in marketing for big baking companies, which definitely added some extra icing to my skills.
When the pandemic rolled around, it was like the perfect time to turn my baking dream into a full-time career. I dove into professional baking classes and had plenty of time to practice my craft. And now, after all that mixing and whisking, I’m here as Baker Mine, sharing the joy of freshly baked goods with you!
